For the purposes of managing attendance, safety and communication at activities.

Such as payment processors, IT hosting providers, communication tools, and analytics services (if used), solely for providing services to HeySports HK.
例如付款處理服務、資訊科技託管服務、通訊工具及分析服務供應商（如有使用），其使用僅限於向 HeySports HK 提供相關服務。
5.3 Emergency Services & Medical Personnel（緊急服務及醫療人員）
Where reasonably necessary to protect life, health or safety.

Incident and safety-related records may be kept for a longer period where necessary.
Media content may be retained until it is no longer required for the purposes in Section 3, or until reasonably removed following your objection (where applicable).
會員及活動紀錄會在會員有效期間及其後一合理期間內保存，以作行政及法律用途；
事故及安全相關紀錄在有需要時可保存較長時間；
