About credits

  1. Find something you’d enjoy

    Check the date, location and requirements. Complete your profile and make sure you meet any age or language requirements.

  2. Apply and reserve credits

    Top up with Stripe. 1 credit = HK$1. Your application reserves the activity price; it does not spend those credits yet.

  3. Get confirmed. Meet up.

    Places are selected by the organizer or a random draw. Credits are spent only when you’re selected. Otherwise, the hold is released.

Applying is not instant booking. Track your application and credits in your account.

A few things you might want to know before heading out.

Can I come on my own?+
Yes. Apply on your own without organizing a group first. Pick something you enjoy and let a shared experience be the start of a conversation.
Does applying guarantee a place?+
No. Applications enter a pool for organizer selection or a random draw. Your place is confirmed only when your account shows Confirmed.
What happens if I’m not selected?+
Your application only reserves credits. If you are not selected, that hold is released and the credits become available for other activities. You do not need to request a refund.
What if my plans change?+
Cancel from your account before selection to release your reserved credits. For a confirmed place, contact the organizer. When the organizer cancels your registration or the event, any charged event credits are returned to your wallet in full.
Are there age or language requirements?+
Some activities have requirements. Each activity page lists the age range and primary language, if applicable. You need to meet those requirements and have enough available credits to apply.
